Warranty Policy

 All Heissen far infrared heaters come with a warranty, the length of time for which will depend on the heater you have purchased. Please see the relevant paperwork included with your order to confirm the warranty length.

Warranties start from the date of receipt and in the event, your heater encounters an issue, please get in contact with us on 03300 947420 or via email on A member of our team will be able to discuss the next steps in the process and help to arrange in returning the heater to us. We will ask for proof of purchase; usually, a receipt or invoice showing when and where you purchased the heater.

Items that are suspected of being faulty will be tested, after which a repaired or replacement unit will be offered. In the event of no fault being found postage will costs will not be refundable.

Your warranty may be affected if the heater has not been installed as per instruction guidelines or by a qualified professional (in the event of hard wiring). Please ensure your warranty card is returned to us within the specified time limit to validate your product warranty.

Warranties are not transferable to third parties.
